Schwarzriegel

Here you have a breathtaking view of the Schwarzriegelmoos, which is located between the Stuhleck and the Pretul.

Since autumn 2018, there has been an architecturally designed wooden walkway through the moor, information panels, and a viewing platform that promises new views of the surrounding area. This makes the Schwarzriegelmoos accessible for you to experience. On information panels, you can learn all about the history of the Schwarzriegelmoos and its ecological features. The cozy wooden benches invite you to take a break with a wonderful view. At the Schwarzriegelmoos, you can also admire the Pretul wind farms.

The moor is located at an elevation of 1,600 meters and is the easternmost raised bog in the Alps.
