True enjoyment can only be achieved when the ingredients of a dish meet the highest standards and the preparation is done with heart and mind. We process everything from Weiz mountain lamb, Vulkanland ox, to game meat from Sigi Windhaber or Johann's free-range pigs. Our fish also come from local waters, and our chef Felix is adept at collecting delicious wild herbs from the meadows and forests of the region or cultivating them in the house's own herb garden to always harvest them fresh. Only the best from Eastern Styria, Austria's garden.
