Starting point at the Schwendt cross-country centre, then along a steeper descent (Zubringerloipe Griesenau 10a difficulty level red). The trail then runs along the even Kohenltal valley along the Kohlebach to the Griesenau. Here there is a link to the Kirchdorf cross-country network. If you prefer to avoid the initial steep section, you can join the trail in Kohlental - Mühlau.
Footpath access - Kohlental: left past the Gasthof Mairwirt, uphill via the Moarweg trail to Mühlau.
