From the Nordic Center in southwest direction to the sports field. Pass the sports field through the underpass and continue in a right turn and then in a left turn past a row of houses into the open field. Continue right into the forest until you reach a prominent cross-country skiing trail. Turn left through the underpass into another open field in Gundharting. Keep left over a steep slope to the next higher plateau. Then continue past the Hallbruckhof to Kranzach. At the Trachtenstube Achorner we cross the main road. ATTENTION: From there you get to a loop in the open field - if you want to go to the centre of Walchsee you have to get off here and walk along the sidewalk to Seehotel Brunner where the cross-country skiing trail continues. You can also stay on the trail and return to Schwendt via Bichlach. Walk across an open field to Kranzach and keep right at the Kranzacher bridge (footpath) to get back to the Kaiserwinklloipe. Now the trail leads via Bichlach through partly hilly landscape to Schwendt. The trail leads via Unterschwendt to the hamlet Leitwang and back to the Nordic Center.
