Start in Mühltal and follow signs to Thierbach on the MTB 340 (4.5 km). After idyllic Thierbach continue on the 340 via a gravel road down to Kundl and into the Inn Valley. Take the Inn Valley cycle path West to Radfeld. Take the MTB 336 at Mauken up to the Gasthof Holzalm. Continue on the 359 downhill trail back into the Wildschönau - steep descent.
Back in Thierbach head for the village centre and the church to follow the MTB 340 back down to your staring point.
