Start of the Marienweg is in Sebi where you follow the main road and turn left just before the inn Fuchsanger and goes to the moorland Schwemm. Arrived at the Schwemm continue the road to the village center of Walchsee. Continue up to Ottenalm and back down the Edernalm to Kössen. Follow the road towards the center of Kössen. Before the wooden bridge, follow the path along the river. At the next bridge you have the possibility to reach the village Kirchdorf on the right side through the Niederhausertal. Otherwise just continue hiking and after the small bridge turn right through the district Kaltenbach. At the next intersection, turn right along the Hagerstraße until you reach the junction for Loferberg on the left. Then turn right twice and follow the road. On the left in the direction of Klausenbergalm there is the possibility to continue to Reit im Winkl otherwise follow the road to Erpfendorf.
