Starting point is the bus stop "Dorf" or the parking area "Schranzberg" at the end of the valley. From there you first follow a farm track along the Naviser Au, then the same path (No. 16) leads up to the Peeralm at about 1,600 metres above sea level. From here, the trail continues along a beautiful forest path (No. 16), ascending at a leisurely pace past the Vögeleralm to the Klammalm, the highest point of this tour.The "half time" is at the Klammalm. Here you have reached the end of the valley and take the new cycle path to the Poltenalm. From there it is a short way back to the main path. Follow the signs to the Naviser Hütte. If you still have some energy left, you can cycle the 150 m altitude difference to the Stöcklalm, then return to the Naviser Hütte and from there continue down the valley to the starting point at the Schranzberg parking area.
