Rettenbachalm

The cozy Rettenbachalm, located at 2,142 meters, offers a stunning panoramic view of the glacier from its spacious sun terrace. Situated along the glacier road, it is easily accessible by car.

You can reach the Rettenbachalm from Sölden via Grünwald. Follow the Hochsöldenstraße road to the turnoff for Gampe Alm, continue past the “Hühnersteig’n” trail until you arrive at the Rettenbachalm (approx. 4-hour hike). Alternatively, the route can be shortened by driving along the glacier road. For a detailed route description, please refer to the website listed below (on the left).
