Scheffauer

The Scheffauer is located in the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The tour starts from the Brentenjoch, leading through open alpine meadows to the Kaindlhütte. Continuing on the challenging, yet well-secured Widauersteig trail to the summit. From the summit, climbers have a wonderful view over the entire Lower Tyrol region and the natural lake "Hintersteiner See".
