Route: Ropferstub'm - Golfplatz Wildmoos - Lottenseehütte - Mösern - Friedensglocke - Bairbach/Telfs - Mötz
Directions:
From the Ropferstub'm in Buchen, a beautiful hiking trail leads about 1.6 km further to the Wildmoos golf course. From there it goes about 500 m steeply downhill to the Lottenseehütte, then continue in the direction of Mösern. You reach an asphalted road, shortly after which the hiking trail branches off to the left and continues for about 2 km to Mösern. Follow the signs past the new location of the peace bell to the Inntalerhof.
There we continue in the direction of Bairbach/Telfs (approx. 2.5 km). The trail leads through a coniferous forest, past the newly renovated Mösern chapel, which invites you to take a contemplative rest. Shortly after, you cross the Möser road, follow it downhill for about 300 m and cross the road again. From here on, you are again on a beautiful hiking trail. Passing some houses of Bairbach you reach a bench, which offers a wonderful view over Telfs and Pfaffenhofen.
From Bairbach you hike about 1.5 km to the village of Brand (chapel) and continue in the direction of Telfs (about 600 m). Before you reach the village, the signposts lead you to the right in the direction of Birkenberg. Passing the baroque pilgrimage church Mariahilf and continuing through the district St. Georgen you reach the parish church Peter and Paul in the center of Telfs.
From the parish church, walk south along Rosengasse to Untermarktstraße, then west to Klostergasse. Klostergasse leads directly to the Franciscan church with monastery. On Prof.-A.-Einbergerstraße you walk west again until you reach the traffic circle. Leave the traffic circle at the 2nd exit and follow the Vinzenz-Gredler-Straße upwards to the modern Heilig-Geist-Kirche. Here begins the well-signposted path of contemplation, which leads along 12 artistically designed stations, to the pilgrimage church Maria Locherboden near Mötz (10 km).
