The hike starts at the Hauserbauer trailhead. First, head left towards Rodelberg, then follow a steep ascent on a tractor path, which soon turns into a forest trail. Continue via the Steiner Hochalm to reach the Urkübel, then hike further to the summit of Haßeck.
From Haßeck, the trail leads to the small Paarsee, offering an impressive view of the large Paarsee. Next, ascend to the Gasteiner Höhe, where you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gastein Valley.
The descent follows the path via Steiner Hochalm before finally returning to the starting point at Hauserbauer. A diverse hike with stunning views!
