2) Ascent on foot via the district of Maierhofen (2.5 h)
3) Ascent also possible from the Hauserbauer hiking starting point (1.5 h)
Starting from the Steiner Hochalm (serviced), you have the opportunity to make a wonderful circular hike. The ascent to the small Paarsee lake and the Gasteiner Höhe is rewarded with a unique panoramic view of the Gastein Valley and the Hochkönig massif to the north. The descent is via the ant way back to the starting point.
