Mindful hiking - that is walking and exercise in a focussed and attentive manner. There are many ways of entering into a dialogue with your own body, and mindful hiking is just one of them. Beginning at the Wildsee lake, the hike leads through many wonderfully scenic spots where we can pause, reflect, focus our attention on our own bodies and, by means of short exercises, strengthen our body-awareness. During the hike you will receive tips and suggestions on finding inner body harmony and balance through mindfulness and self-observation. Embark on a journey of discovery during which you will get to know your body better and, at the same time, enjoy the richness of nature - relaxation, fun and pleasure guaranteed!
