The Grazer Bergland Hiking Trail is a new multi-stage trail with six day stages north of Graz. Covering approximately 103 kilometres, the route leads through forests, over scenic ridges and through vibrant market towns of the Grazer Bergland. The stages largely make use of existing paths maintained by alpine clubs, combining nature, exercise and regional culture.
A total of around 4,300 metres of elevation gain await across six stages — nearly half the height of Mount Everest — making the trail a genuine athletic challenge.
Anyone who successfully completes four stages of the Grazer Bergland Hiking Trail will receive the Silver Stage Hiking Pin.
Note: For stage pins, only the completion of a full stage counts.
