Take the rising forest path on the right beneath the “Buchauer Alm” mountain hut past the viewing platform. As you climb higher the path turns left into a small forest hiking path. The path winds up the mountain over steep bends through mountain pines and small screes to the “Astenau Alpe” mountain hut.
