From the car park at the “Sixenhof” local history museum follow the gently winding forest path via “Seebauer Hinterwinkel” to the “Koglalm” mountain hut (not serviced) and further on to the “Seekaralm” mountain hut. The path then leads steeply upwards on the ridge to the “Seekarspitze”. The descent is possible on the same route or via the “Pasillalm” mountain hut (not serviced, 1.557 m) and the “Seekaralm” mountain hut.
The steep track from the “Seekarspitze” (2.053 m) to the “Seebergspitze” (2.085 m) is recommended for expert hikers only.
