This impressive loop combines crisp climbs with gentle trails and lets you immerse yourself in the world of the 16th century. The starting point is the Gasteiner Heilstollen, where you first cover a large part of the altitude on a trail before reaching the forest border and finally the Hieronymushaus, which was once built for miners and fell victim to an avalanche. The Peter-Sika-Weg takes you further to the Blumfeldköpfl and then down to Sportgastein. From there you follow the Alte NassfelderstaÃe between steep rock faces and thundering waterfalls back to the starting point.Tip: The smaller waterfalls next to the path invite you to a wonderful cool down.
