Those who hike one or more stages along the Salzburg Almenweg can experience various things next to the way: About 120 rustic alpine huts, overnight stays in hay or enjoying the culinary highlights.
For the past 10 years, the 350-kilometer Salzburger Almenweg has been one of Austria’s most popular long-distance hiking trails. The 25 stages, which lead across the region Pongau in Salzburg show different scenery at different levels of difficulty.
