Track characteristics:
As one of the most extensive and challenging cross-country skiing circuits, the spectacular Kaiser Max Run is based on the popular race of the same name. On the way from Seekirchl to Wildmoos, the route leads through wild and romantic woodlands, runs through the scenic Leutasch Valley for (almost) its entire length and returns to Seefeld with a spectacular downhill run.

Start & Finish: Seekirchl Seefeld, not far from the Seefeld Olympic swimming pool with parking, showers and toilets; or Seefeld Sports Arena
The start of the Kaiser-run takes off directly at the famous Seekirchl in the center of Seefeld. Only a short distance away is the Olympiabad Seefeld, where parking spaces, changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Alternatively, the starting point at Seekirchl can easily be reached by regional public transport from the ICE-train station Seefeld within a few minutes on foot. If required, all equipment can even be conveniently rented on site.
Taking off on the B1 cross-country ski run at Seekirchl the run heads to the Seefeld Sports Arena. Contiune to the Seewaldlift and further on the B1 to Mösern. Cross the main road via the underpass and then turn back on the other side of the road until shortly before the overpass at the Seefeld Sports Arena. Turn left onto the black C1, take a short steep section through the Kirchwald forest and continue on the C2 Waldloipe to Wildmoos.
After a challenging ascent, the rustic Wildmoosalm (1.338m) offers a well-earned rest with seasonal specialties, steaming hot drinks and sparkling refreshments. Afterwards, the route continues on the B3, C11 and C6, past the two aperiodic mountain lakes to Buchen. Follow the C6 for a while along the main road and then change the roadside onto the C10 and continue to the parking lot in Moos (Parkplatz Rödlach). With the entrance on the A5, the scenic run continues through the wide Leutasch valley and effortlessly gliding the spectacular natural scenery comes to the fore. You then change from the A5 onto the A6 at Obern via the underpass, running through the picturesque Leutascher Aue until you reach the ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad Leutasch.
After an optional sauna break, change back the roadside and cross-country skiing track again and continue first on the A7 to Ahrn and then on the A9 along the turquoise-blue Leutascher Ache. At Unterkirchen the A9 runs a loop and leads back to Ahrn. There, change to the A7, head back to the Alpenbad (optional second sauna session) and continue on the A6 and A5 back to the Moos parking lot. Take a short black stretch on the C10 to Muggenmoos, where the blue A4 makes a beautiful snowy forest loop.
Take a last challenge via C8, C11 and B3 to Wildmoos, where the blue A3 again runs a romantic forest loop, before C2 and C1 take the spectacular descent to the Seefeld Sports Arena. From the overpass, the B1 leads back to the starting point at the Seekirchl.
