The Erlanger Hütte, located at 2,550 m, is the perfect destination for all gourmet hikers and mountaineers. Its kitchen is renowned for its excellent, homemade Tyrolean cuisine, made with regional ingredients. A hike is well worth the effort just for the specialties, such as the delicious Steinbock ragout. The Erlanger Hütte is a proud member of the DAV campaign "So schmecken die Berge" ("This is how the mountains taste").
