At the BIO-restaurant of the RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort on Pöllauberg, lovers of Styrian delicacies enjoy 100% organic indulgence at its finest. There is a rich selection for lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegan gourmets as well.
Accompanying the meals are refreshing juices from the in-house RETTER BioGut such as apple, Hirsch pear, and quince. Fine fruity BIO-wines come from the wine-growing region of Vulkanland.
Right next to the BIO-restaurant is the in-house RETTER BioGut, where the fruits of the RETTER BIO orchard are handcrafted into true delicacies. These delights are available at the BIO-restaurant, including fresh crisp BIO-breads and rolls, jams, juices, ice cream, and much more.
The BIO-restaurant RETTER is a proud representative of Kulinarum Steiermark, standing for regional quality and identity.
The BIO-restaurant RETTER has been awarded the Green Hood, one hood from Gault Millau, 2 Falstaff forks, and the Schlemmer Award for the most sustainable kitchen concept.
A la carte reservations are available at the Muskat and Lorbeer restaurant. In summer, the shady terrace offers plenty of opportunities. The indoor space can accommodate 250 guests, while the outdoor area offers 70 seats for events.
Enjoy one of the two BIO-gourmet menus: an erotic 6-course dinner or a Candlelight & Wine menu, complete with wine accompaniment.
