The starting point is on the main road towards Biberwier at the Hotel MOHR life resort. Keeping to the right, route no. 804 "Mittelstation" begins there. Follow this route uphill to Brettlalm at 1,334m. Continue uphill on the farm road (route no. 860), there are still a few hairpin bends to overcome until you reach the Grubigalm at 1,700m. Take the same route back or use one of the single trails.
Variation:
From the Grubigalm carry on to the Gipfelhaus Grubigstein (2,050m)
From the Grubigalm carry on to the Wolfratshauser Hütte (1,735m)
Downhill on the single trails route no. 865 "Forrest Aisle" (S2) or route no. 866 "Blindseetrail" (S3)
