The Muttereralmbikestrecke leads steadily uphill from the parking lot of the Muttereralmbahn up to the Mutterer Alm (refreshment stop) and then crosses the mountainside in a southerly direction through dense forests past the Raitiser Alm to the Kreither Alm.
