Via Böcksteiner Höhenweg you run on a forest road in the direction of the Patschgstuhl. Soon the trail goes downhill again to Böckstein, followed by a short part on the Valeriepromenade and finally the entrance to the trail in the direction of Böckfeldalm. trail in the direction of Böckfeldalm. On the initially stony path you quickly gain in altitude meters. Further to the Zittraueralm leads a beautiful trail on soft forest floor. Leaving the forest border behind you, you reach the impressive Hirschkarkogel on an impressive ridge, which finally leads to the Tischkogel. At the top you will be rewarded with a breathtaking 360-degree panorama. It is not far to the top station of the Stubnerkogel and the view remains fantastic. A hiking trail laid out in serpentines leads down to the Zittraueralm and from here it is the same way back to the valley and finally you follow the Kaiserin Elisabeth-Promenade back to the start.
