Attention in the Gaistal area: This route has not yet been officially released. There are no current signs and the route is not regularly checked. It is only possible to bike on your own responsibility.
Route: Leutasch / Klamm - Gaistalalm - Tillfussalm - Ehrwalder Alm / Tirolerhaus - Leutasch Gaistal Parking Salzbach
From the Salzbachparkplatz (last parking lot after the toll booth) turn left over the bridge, always slightly ascending over the forest path up to the Gaistal. To the right, after about 7 km you can decide if you want to turn right and visit the Gaistalalm or continue the tour inland. The same applies to the turn-off to Tilfußalm. Approximately 2 km after the Tillfußalm turn right at the crossing. Now the forest road climbs a bit. Passing the Igelsee you reach a crossing where you turn right direction to the Ehrwalder Alm or Tirolerhaus. After a rest, back on the same path. After a short descent you turn left, past the Igelsee through the entire Gaistal back to the starting point of the tour. Be careful, there are many hikers on this route!
