From the top station of the Rofan cable car walk past the “Mauritzalm” mountain hut to the saddle in the direction “Hochiss”. Turn left across grassy and mountain pine covered slopes to reach the summit of the “Gschöllkopf” where you can find the “Adlerhorst” (eagle’s nest - 360 degrees viewing platform). Follow the route you took on the ascent back to the top station of the Rofan cable car.
