From Fulpmes – by cable car or on foot
From Fulpmes, you can make the ascent on foot (approx. 2 hours) or take the Kreuzjoch cable car to the top. From the Kreuzjoch mountain station, you can hike the gently rising panoramic trail to the Starkenburger Hut in approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours.
From Neustift – on foot
The steepest ascent begins in Neustift (Neder), with a challenging climb of 1,200 m. The ascent takes approx. 3,5 - 4 hours.
