Gasthof Rofenhof

The Rofenhöfe are Austria’s highest permanently inhabited farms, located at the foot of Tyrol’s highest mountain, Wildspitze (3,768 m). They serve as a popular starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and summit ascents.

The trail from Vent follows a marked meadow path to the Rofenhof (approx. 1 hour). A highlight of the hike is crossing the suspension bridge over the Rofen-Ache. A detailed route description can be found on the website linked below.
